Yes! Renaissance at 29th is a pet-friendly community. We welcome cats and dogs of all sizes, subject to our community pet policy. Breed restrictions may apply. Refundable pet deposit $200 and one time pet fee $300 are charged per pet. Monthly pet rent for one pet is $35; monthly pet rent for two pets is $60. Our pet amenities include a bark park onsite for our furry friends!

Lease terms are subject to availability. Standard lease terms are 12 months. We do not typically offer shorter term leases, but our leasing team is happy to discuss the lease option that best fits your needs.

We offer both in-person and virtual tours to accommodate your schedule.

You can apply for one of our homes in person with our wonderful office staff, or online through our website by clicking the apply now tab! Our application fee is $63.50 per applicant. Our rental criteria will be the first page you view in the application process and will cover our property requirements and fees. All of our fees and charges can be found in the floor plans tab under fee guide.

Yes! Parking is available for both residents and guests. Residents can enjoy the option of assigned garage parking (available as a rentable item for $175/month), or park in our open parking lot. There are no assigned spaces for residents or guests.

No utilities are included in your base rent. The majority of utilities are paid by the community and billed back so you can conveniently pay them along with your monthly rent payment.

Renaissance at 29th is not gated. We do have a contracted security company that patrols every night. They are also available by phone to address concerns after office hours.

We are proud to be in the Evergreen School District and are in boundary for Fisher's Landing Elementary, Shahala Middle School, and Mountain View High School.

We are conveniently located right off Highway 14 which gives easy access to both Interstate 5 and 205 creating quick communtes to Portland and the down town Vancouver water front. We are in a very driveable, bikeable and walkable area. Additionally, we are located closely to Fisher's Landing Transit for those who rely on public transportation.

We have so many options in Fisher's Landing for dining, shopping and entertainment! You can enjoy being in close proximaty to New Season, Fred Meyer, Target and Wal-mart fir groceries and shopping. We are right up the street from Columbia crossing shopping center which has many options for retail and dining.

You can enjoy the outdoors at some of our close by neighborhood parks such as Herritage Park and Clear Meadows Park.
