How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
1 bedroom start at $1375. 2 bedrooms start at $1550 and 3 bedrooms start at $2100. Rent is the only thing included.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
In the apartment - washer and dryers, all appliances, a wood-burning fireplace. Throughout the community we have parcel lockers, 24-hour gym, swimming pool & hot tub and a dog park.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes. We have a breed restriction but no weight limit. All pet owners must upload their most recent vaccinations. Pet fee and deposits are $500 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $35 for 1 or $60 for two and we offer a dog park.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
12-month lease terms. We do not allow short-term leases.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
They can call the office or visit our property website and schedule a tour that way.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
You can submit an application through our website. You have to make 2.5 times the monthly rent. The application fee is $63, then there's a holding fee of $300. Security deposit depends on screen but can be either $500, $900 or 1 month of rent.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
All utilities are paid by the resident.

Gated community.
What schools serve the community?
Walnut Grove landing elementary, Gaiser middle school and fort Vancouver high school.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
Right next to SR 500 and I-205 and next to C-Tran transportation.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
We have the Vancouver mall nearby that has an AMC movie theater, we are located near Safeway, Ross, Olive Garden, Red Robbin, Red lobster and Dutch bros coffee.
What parks, trails, and outdoor recreation are close to the community?
We are right across Jaggy Road Park.
What makes this apartment community unique compared to other apartments in the area?
We are located in the heart of Vancouver. We are near both highways, parks, and the Vancouver mall.
